In some situations it is possible that you see the following error when you try to add your YouTube channel in your OneStream account



To solve the problem follow these steps:

  1. Visit your Google Account Settings
  2. Choose the correct Google account from the top right in case you have multiple Google accounts or Brand Accounts connected.

  3. Look for OneStream in the list of applications connected to your YouTube channel.
  4. For OneStream application press Remove Access.
  5. Return to OneStream Dashboard and connect YouTube social account again.
